Fertilized Chantecler Eggs

The clear benefit to raising heritage duel purpose Chickens are their heartiness. A wonderful duel purpose bird great for meat and egg production that are well acclimated to our cold Canadian winters. Ready for processing in 6 months and if kept for laying they average an egg per day with no supplemental lighting. We feature both the White Chantecler and Partridge Chantecler.

Khaki Campbell Ducks and Eggs

Khaki Campbell Ducks originate from England in 1898 and are known for their excellent laying ability. Another duel purpose bird which features excellent meat and delicious eggs.

Royal Palm Turkeys

Native to north America and generally an ornamental bird the meat is flavorful with an average size between  4.5kg-9kg. A small size Turkey for any event.

Eastern Wild Turkeys

Native to north America and hunted to be enjoyed by many.  The Eastern Wild Turkey matures to 3.6 kg- 13.6 kg in size. Just a perfect size for Christmas supper.

Guinea Fowl

Native to Africa these birds sound an  alarm whenever anything unusual occurs on the farm. The  guinea fowl are the farmyard “watchdogs.”

We introduced the Guinea's after we found multiple tics around the farm. This is often the food of choice for Guinea's along with rats and mice.
